Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop and run our both Destination Offices in Stockholm and Copenhagen
  • Ensure quality in all areas of the delivery
  • Sell the destinations internally to our global sales network
  • Develop product & supplier contacts, in close cooperation with our sales offices
  • Support the operation
  • Staff responsibility for both offices
  • Financial responsibility for both offices
  • Undertake supplier negotiations
  • Data analysis and presentation
  • Understanding of Yield Management
  • Establish close contact to our central unit office

Requirements:

  • Solid leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of the supplier market and vast network within travel industry in Denmark and Sweden
  • Excellent English language skills both spoken and written as well as Danish and Swedish
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office and major computer software programs)
  • Personality: reliable, service oriented, ambitious, flexible, self-starter, team player,
  • entrepreneurial mindset, structured
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel between both offices
  • Relevant college or university degree
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in the travel industry
  • Knowledge of MICE is an advantage
